The three questions to ask any tool in this category (including us)

  1. How many times does it run each prompt? Engines answer differently run to run. A tool that runs each prompt once per day is charting sampling noise. Ask for the replicate count and how a “cited” result is scored.
  2. Where does the crawler data come from? JavaScript trackers cannot see most bot traffic. Ask whether crawler analytics come from real server or CDN logs, and whether bot identity is verified against published IP ranges.
